We accept most of the plans offered by the following insurances:
Please call to inquire about specific plans not listed. TelephoneOur office staff is available by telephone during regular office hours. Our telephones are turned over from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, Monday -- Thursday for administrative work and lunch. Telephone options to cancel appointments and to address urgent care referrals are available 24 hours a day.
After HoursAn on-call staff member is available after hours to authorize urgent care referrals by dialing our office phone number. However, all non-emergent matters, including refills, appointments and referrals, will need to be handled during regular office hours.
